Principle of measurement
The measurement principle of the oximeter is based on the spectral characteristics of hemoglobin and oxygenated hemoglobin with different absorption rates in red and infrared light regions, and “Lamnert Beer” law is used to establish empirical formulas for data
The working principle of the instrument is the photoelectric blood oxygen detection technology combined with volume pulse trace technique, using two different wavelengths of light (660 nm red and near-infrared light of 940 nm) by absorbing the perspective to sensor illuminate human fingernails and by the light sensor for measuring signal, the access to information through electronic circuit and display on the LCD screen after the microprocessor, convenient to read

Safety Requirements
• Not shared with MRI or CT equipment
• Explosion hazard: do not use this instrument in the environment of flammable anesthetic gas.
• Blood oxygen instrument only plays an auxiliary role in the diagnosis of the patient, ask the doctor to make a diagnosis based on the clinical manifestations and symptoms.
• The oximeter sensor test site should be checked frequently to confirm that the skin of the patient at the sensor test site is intact and circulatory.
• The fingertip pulse oximeter sensor is not suitable for contact with the adhesive tape, which may result in incorrect measurements or mistaken skin blisters.
• Please read this manual carefully before use.
• Blood oxygen meter has no function of blood oxygen indication, but it can not be used as a continuous monitor for a long time.
• When using for a long time, please change the test point periodically according to the different situation of the patient. The test point must be replaced and the skin integrity, circulation and correct adjustment must be made every 2 hours at most
• High pressure disinfection, vinyl oxide disinfectant, or immersion of sensors in liquid disinfectant can cause false readings.
• Disorders of important indicators of hemoglobin, such as carbohemoglobin or methemoglobin, can cause incorrect readings.
• Excessive intravascular staining, such as indocyanine green or methylene blue, can cause incorrect readings.
• The measurement accuracy of blood oxygen saturation will be affected by the bright light of the surrounding environment.
• (e.g, disinfection wipes or direct sunlight) add a protective case to the sensor if necessary.
• The patient’s unexpected movements can cause false readings.
• Interference with a medical high frequency signal or defibrillator can cause false readings.
• The rhythmic beating of the veins can cause false readings.
• The sensor’s position in the same artery or blood vessel as the blood pressure cuff can cause a false reading Patients with low blood pressure, severe low systolic blood pressure, severe anemia, or hypothermia can cause false readings

Product scope of application
The pulse oximeter can detect the blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate of human body through fingers. This product is suitable for family, hospital, oxygen bar, sports health care (before and after sports, not recommended in the process of sports), community medical treatment, etc. It is applicable to plateau tourism, mountaineering enthusiasts, patients (patients who have been at home for a long time or are in emergency state), the elderly over 60 years old, people who work more than 12 hours a day, sportsmen (professional sports training or sports enthusiasts), workers in closed environment, etc. This product is not suitable.

Method of application
1. Install two AAA batteries according to the positive and negative marks of the battery compartment and directly fasten the battery cover (no need to press the self-locking button again);
2. Insert the finger into the rubber hole (it is better to fully extend the finger), with the nail facing up, and then release the clip;
3. Press the button in the middle of the front panel to start the oximeter for blood oxygen detection;
4. In the process of use, it is better not to shake your fingers, and the human body should not be in motion ;
5. If you want to change the direction of the display during use, press the button in the middle of the front panel
